yes, part of the way of getting a perfectly legal starting PC that
you need 15's to manabolt, and thats using only SR2, no house rules.

Since when did Harlequin hand out anything, well it has actually been
know. He issued a warning about wraiths, see PAE and mentioned 'out
dead sweet blood queen' in Tir Taingire.
An armour focus or even spell might be possible. Yes it would take
some research, to put things mildly.
The most powerful thing i have built yet as a spell was a from ED
conversion with a drain of ((f/2) + 17) D, yes that is a seventeen.
No i don't expect folks to manage to cast such a thing! but i wanted
too see what the drain code came out at for other things i'm working
on.
