If my character has a display link and a chipjack, can I access and use
autonav map chips ?

ex: overlay of map in my field of vision, alla Diablo map

I would say; YES! But only because I think it would be a kewl idea. But you
really should have an Image Link. A display link can only display text, and
an image link does text and images.
