You sent me these before, and I forgot to ask an Important question, one that
has had effect on our games. One of the more important modifiers to TN is the
penalty for defauylting if you don't have the skill. Does that affect dodging?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but dodging works like this:

The dodging character rolls only their combat pool -no skill or attribute
with it, therefore as everyone has a combat pool you are not defaulting.
There is no limit to the amount of Combat Pool you can spend but remember
this is all you're rolling so its no major advantage.

The TN is a base 4 modified by injury mods etc.
