Better late than never, I've come up with a solution. Treat the
masking power as an illusion spell. I mean, anyone assensing the masked
magician(anyone, even non-initiates) would have a target number of 4
+(initiate level of maker+1) - (initiate level of assenser + 1). Thats
true for masking whenever the power is used for something else than
hiding your initation of magic ability. What do you all think?

I forgot to mention : Treat non-initiates as initiate level -1 for the
formula and remove the +1 to the level of the masker. Yes same level
initiate is gonna fin it easier to penetrate the mask and higher level
will have a t# of 2. I also think that if the t# is reduced to 0 or less,
the masking is auomatically pierced.
