take MMores law its been solid since the first computer.
basically it says that the processing power of a computer doubles every 18 months (i think
its lower now) lets take the avarage computer in 2050, thats fifty years into the future
times 12 thats 600 months divide by 18 thats 33, that means 2 to the 33 degree or
8,589,934,592 times more powerfull than today.
for physical memory its every 12 months that means 1,125,899,907,000,000 more memory than
today (believe me you can use all that)
graphics card doubles there processing power every 6 months (they have for the last three
years)
i wonder how much data they can proces in 2050
