Subject: Matrix in the CZ

I've bbeen pondering this lately. I'm going to be having my PCs go to Chicago
in time forr all the Bug City stuff. Among them is a decker, which brought up
an interseting questin. What is the matrix like in the CZ? I know its been
cut off and all, and that its prone to failuress, but what's this about full
sense and simsense and blue screens and stuff?
I need to know a good way to describe it. Has anyone out there done this?
I'd appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

REad bug city, they've got some very limited matrix access there. Not really
worthwhile unless you live there or need info on how to survive.
