FASAInfo(Randall Bills) answered me that this will now be the GenCon
release, which means it won't be out until August.
When I asked Mike M, he said it was in Art, but I think he had said that
last time also (a few weeks ago) I could be wrong, but..

Oh well, looks like I find other things to spend my money on...
(I looked through FM: FedSuns and didn't like it, Lyran might be out
soon, but it'll probably be equally blah)
