Is there a limit to the power of a focus? Especially a Power focus. Is
there an limit to the foci power a mage can use? (Cybermage with essence
and magic 1 and a level 10 power focus)

No, not technically. There are feasability limits when it comes to
obtaining a high powered focus though - you either need to purchase it with
incredible amounts of nuyen and an absolute killer of an availablility, or
you need to make it yourself with plenty of time and a huge target number
for doing so. Not to mention that the karma the magician has available sets
just a tad of a limit onto what can be bonded.

There is a limit to the number of foci (including spell locks) that a
magician can have active at any one time - it's equal to his Intenlligence
Attribute. Obviously this isn't much good if the magician plans to have his
Intelligence Attribute in Rating 12 foci active, but it is a limit. Also,
I've, erum, "heard" that Awakenings will have a phenomena known as "Focus
Addiction", whereby if a magician overuses foci he will be subject to a
geasa requiring him to use them in the future or suffer the consequences.

Not to mention that there are multiple and varied ways to cause great
torment to magicians relying on foci too much...<evil GM grin>

Nothing in the rules (except the high difficulties).
My opinion about the magic given by the power focus is that it enhances the
magic manipulated by the mage so he is able to better use astral energies from
which are made the spells. So, a cybermage could not have a magic below 1 (even
with high boni from initiation or power foci) because he would lose his relation
with magic (initiation and power foci do augment what is previously mnipulated,
they do not create anything).
There is no limit to the rating of a power focus but exotic components should
make it a lot more difficult to create if it has a very high level.
High ratings make a focus a unique one, an object of power which would make you
more useful to a lot of eyes (elves from the Tir, Aztlaner...). Such a focus
would introduce you in the figures of the world, with advantages and
disadvantadges.
And finally, you should keep in mind that the level of the "power focus" in
Bottled Demon is a good reference to what is or is not a very powerful item.
