From what I remember nothing of this nature is described in the rules,
but then again I don't think that such a foci would be impossiable to
make. It in fact sounds like a good idea to me, having a dedicated
defensive foci. Besides when has FASA been worried about wether their
rules say you can do something or not (remember Bottled Demon). Besides
magic hasn't, and probably never will be fully explored, so whose to say
what can or cann't exist (the GM of course, and the GM is allowed to
change their mind whenever they feel like it).
