There was a question about a lawsuit with TSR. Yes, that would be over
the Gygax FRPG which GDW published five or six years ago. The beginning
conditions of the settlement involved either the destruction of all
remaining copies of the game, or their shipment to TSR. Also, TSR got
the rights to (sit on) the game, and, either GDW had to transfer real
cash to TSR, or the investment made by GDW in the game was something
that GDW couldn't eat. TSR, at the time, of course, was reeling from the
Buck Rogers scam...
