The thing was a tungsten carbide/5.5 ninitrol penetrator, backed
with a ceramic as heavy as lead...
As it hit, it was going like a normal AP round...But the impact
triggers the MEMORY...
The metal goes "hmmm...impact..what was i supposed to do on
impact? ah yes, change shape..."
So the thin penetrator is approx 1" below skin when it starts to
deform, rapidly becoming a flat dinner plate...
This digs a wound channel like nothing else... if the plate
fragments, the tumbling fragments keep expanding flatter and
flatter...
