Nobody, I think, but it makes sense if you think about it. The streets of
2054 are dangerous places, run by the gangs. Now the funny thing about gangs is
that they are very youth orientated, based from the idea of kids rebelling (ie
the rich kid gangs), kids being bored, kids having no money, etc, etc.
I would imagine that once kids reached their early 20's they would probably
find that they don't fit in that well with the gangs anymore and so are more
likely to find alternative ways of spending their days. Wether that means find
a job, turn runner, turn squatter, turn to one of the big crime syndicates,
whatever. Those that don't leave will find themselves targets for some 'snot
nosed youth' with a flechetti one dark and dreary night in some quiet alley.
Of course, there will always be exceptions.
Maria Mercurial: I always think she sounds something like Whitney Houston.
After watching Bodyguard where she was dressed in that silver costume I thought,
wow, someone else thinks so as well :)
