Those missing E-mails will show up... in about 4 days. Keep an eye on the
date sent of your E-mail and you'll see what I mean. Every week or so I'll
receive a large batch of E-mail that is 3 to 10 days old.

I don't think this is a list server problem. I have seen this same thing
happen with some of my personal mail, and I have had friends that aren't on
this list complain about the same thing. What can be done about it? I
haven't a clue. I personally can't see a pattern (i.e. a specific
geographical region, a particular corporation, etc.) to begin any kind of
troubleshooting.
The only thing I have noticed, is that the problem started around the time
of the list move, but right now I consider that a coincidence.

Being the Shadowrunner that I am, I'm thinking it's a "big brother"
conspiracy or a large corporate conspiracy (Microsoft is up to it's old
tricks again) or a particularly devious virus that has infected the E-mail
routers of the world. :)
