One thing: FASA has officially stated that Physical Adepts CANNOT Shield.
It is in the NAGM(play-testing version).

I feel rulings that everyone doesn't have access to are not 'official', so until
the manuals that GENIE and AOL (or was it PRODIGY) users got to beta test are
published they are not 'official'. Of course that's just my whining that I did
not get to see copies of the beta manuals... :)

I have a text file from some of the Phys Ad beta test stuff done on AOL.
Have not looked at it myself because my text editor screws it all up.
