I believe the reason a microdrone is so expensive is because of
the rigger interface. Too bad R2 didn't give us the option of making
'dumb drones' with autopilot only... it'd be a great cyber-dog....

Now tell me, what was your problem?

Umm, I always thought the reason smaller drones always cost more had to do
with the cost of miniaturization. And as for having a cyberdog, take a Small
Crawler drone (electric) and make it look like a dog, and voila, instant
cybermutt (use the wheeled or tracked drone version and you may end up with
something that looks like IQ9 - the dog from Dr. Who, or did I really goof up
on the name?).

Actually, it does. Just do NOT put a rigger adaptation or a RCI into the
thing, go for the Autopilot only option.

K9, I think.
