I've been running this game since a month or so after the first edition
was introduced to da woild. I can't remember ever seeing anything on the
history behind the formation of the Caribbean League.

Can anyone who has the thyme give me some general info, or, if you wish,
just info on where I can find info...you know what I mean. For example:
What (former) nations/territtories are part of the league (don't include
the ones on the color map in the back of the Big Bad Book (II))?
Why is the southern tip of Florida's panhandle included in the League?
How's it run?
Power? Should we fear it? (the league, not power)
etc.

Thanks again,

They smoked a lotta weed and elected the zombie of Jean Baptiste President :)

I'm outta thyme, but I do have some parsley and sage around here
somewhere.

Probably the Dominican Republic, Haiti, the various leeward islands, Grenada,
Cuba, and possibly San Juan, given the state of the Cas/UCAS.

Sloppy drawing? More Cubans than CAS citizens south of Orlando?
