DRUGS! DRUGS! DRUGS!
stimulants
(by rating)1-5
cancels stun damage =rating, allows operation without sleep for
extra rating*5 hours, adds rating to reaction, all physical skill
target numbers -1,all mental skills +1TN
duration=reaction boost for rating dice minutes
side effects= when reaction boost time runs out, reaction
decreases by 1 every (duration rolled)minutes, starting at
reaction+rating, going down to a minimum of reaction-rating or
one, which ever higher. This is to represent
shakes,tiredness,adrenalin loss etc

COMBAT DRUGS
These are really nasty!! recombinant opiates, adrenalin and
endorphin analogs all mixed together into a punishing chemical
cocktail that redlines all your physical abilitys...
But watchout cos the comedowns a kicker
RATINGS 1-3
Can ignore (rating) boxes of damage
(rating) added to all physical stats
(rating) added to combat pool
Adds (rating) to reaction
If has NO OTHER reflex boosters,Adds D6 to reaction

Comedown
looses all drug bonuses
(rating) subtracted from all mental stats
If this takes a stat to ZERO,takes (rating)x2 S stun damage
If this takes a stat Negative, takes (rating)x2 D Stun
damage, and must resist (rating+3)TN or go into a coma.
If more than one stat goes 0 or less, take the lowest stat
effect, but modify power by +1 per extra stat at 0(+2 if below 0)

If takes any damage , test INT with TN=ratingx2. user takes
(rating) boxes damage, minus one box per sucess rolled. This is
the damage you did to yourself by ignoring the wound.

Roll body,TN ratingx2.if get no successes, roll on the small body
part damage table to find the organ that failed under the strain.
takes immediate 6M damage

More soon.

For your drugs, how 'bout giving Strength, Addiction, and Tolerance
Ratings a la Shadowtech?
Cool stuff! Please keep it coming!

Cordially,

For those of you interested in drugs in Shadowrun, check out
an article in Role Player Independent sometime near the end
of last year - Uni Arms Catalogue. Has a few drugs.

The first issue of The Last Province, sadlty no longer with
us, also had an article on drugs in Cyberpunk...

Happy pills.
mass produced by drug companys, high quality, low price.
about 5 NY each, less in bulk
These alter serotonin levels, modify body chemistry to make the
user HAPPY!... all that day the user feels good about life, and
reality has to try PRETTY HARD to bring them down (ie whistling
chest wounds, 50% burns, chainsaw murder of whole family)

Why did you think there arn't any more BIG riots?

Stay even more paranoid
CHOPPER

'i asked one of the men who follow me if i was paranoid, and he
said i wasn't ,so thats ok then'
