Subject: More psyads and shielding

I'm pretty ignorant about magic (I leave that up to Carter) but don't
all initiates in SRII gain a special Shielding Pool in addition to their
other pools. If psyads got this they could at least have a weak spell
defense, which would get continually stronger as they go up in grade levels.
