Greater Elementals:
If you summon them via Invocation, and extend it's services via another
conjuring test, do you have to make second test like you do when you summon
them or just the one?
If you give them two points of Armor, is this added to the Immunity to
Normal Weapons Armor? ie, a force 5 Greater Earth elemental would have 12
points of armor for ItNW?
When summoning, is it's Services and Karma pool based only on the first
Conjuring test and the second basically has nothing to do with anything else
except to just summon it?
Elementals and Disruption:
When exactly is an Elemental destroyed and when is it Disrupted. I
always believed that they were only Disrupted when they took deadly Stun
damage. On page 98 of MiTS it states that they are only disrupted if they
take deadly stun or physical damage in physical combat. Is this a change or
have I misinterpreted the basic SR3 rules? It looks like spirits are only
destroyed if they are Banished or confronted in astral combat on the
Metaplanes, or take physical deadly damage to its' astral form (or is this
last one possible?). Yes/No?
If the spirit has Manifested, wouldn't any physical damage manifest on
it's physical form thereby only disrupting it?
Elementals and Calling them (and not collect either, they hate that)
Can you call your elemental to service and have it arrive straight from
the metaplanes to the physical plane? It states in MiTS that this is
possible but in the main rule book, it states that all spirits arrive in the
astral plane when calling them. It would be nice to say "Hey, earth
elemental, come hear now manifested".
Last one :) Elementals and Initiative.
If I call my Elemental to service on my second pass, how do you handle
it's initiative? Does it use mine for the remainder of the Combat Turn or
roll its own? If we did that, it could have more passes left than everyone
else, like rolling a 29 when we are down to 3 or 18....
Peace,
