I have more questions that I can't find answers for. Here's hoping for
some answers from people out there.

1) It says that a rigger may take a non-driving action (it counts as a
complex action). Does a non-driving action mean any action that is not
directly related to driving (ie firing a remote turret) or any action that
is not directly related to the vehicle (in this case firing a remote turret
would count, but activating cyberware would not).

2) Stress points. You receive them for exceeding the vehicles maximum
speed. Does this occur every turn you spend over the vehicle's maximum, or
just once every time you exceed it?

Thanks again.

NightRain.

What I meant is that when a rigger (or for that matter, a mundane driver) is
in a vehicle, the rigger may take other actions besides the listed vehicle
actions (accelerate, brake, position, ram, hide). Of course, their cyberware
allows riggers to do some things mundane drivers can't, and vice versa.

I would say that you generate a stress point each time there is a positive
speed change resulting in a speed greater than the max. For example, say
you're driving a car with a Speed of 100. You accelerate to 105. You generate
one Stress point. The next turn, you keep it at 105. Your speed hasn't
changed, so you don't generate Stress. Turn #3, and you accelerate to 110.
Your speed has increased, and it's greater than 100, so you generate another
Stress point.

IMO. YMMV.

And these other actions are complex actions, or do they take the same
amount of effort as normal?

You wrote the book. I'll give your Opinion fairly high credence. It
sounds good to me.
