There's no limitation that I know of.

/ * If so, it could be possible to accelerate things like bullets or
/ missiles... What would be the damage augmentation. Practicaly, at such a

/ living beings).

Keep in mind that accelerating one projectile requires one service.
That great if you're a sniper, but not that usefull for your typical
street sam.

/ * Whatever the target (living or not), when you reach really high speed,
/ which is quite easy, do you suffer from the effects of such speeds ?
/ I explained : Take the T-Bird and multiply its speed by 6. It gives it a
/ speed of approximately 6000 km/h. At such speed, I guess the structure of
/ the vehicle isn't adapted. It will heat and become liquid (I don't remember
/ the word...).

Yep. The SR-71 is made of special alloys and has special design
features to allow it to fly at the speeds it does (the plane leaks
fuel on the ground, when the temperature of the plane's skin reaches
a certain point the metal expands and the leaks are sealed). If you
use Movement to boost the speed of any vehicle by a magnitude of more
than x2 it's probably going to come apart in pretty short order. And
remember, increasing the speed does not increase the handling. If
you multiply the speed of a Honda Accord by x4 and put it in the Indy
500 it's going to go into the wall on the first turn.

And as for bullets, how fast does a lead bullet have to go before it
heats up to the point where it liquifies or vaporizes. And what's
going to happen to the barrel of the gun?

The Movement power isn't all it's cracked up to be.
