Sayz who? SRII, p. 219, Critter Powers reads:
"Movement - The being may increase or decrease the victim's movement rate
within the terrain it controls,... [...]"

Nothing about "intended" or "_intentional_" move. Share your wisdom:
Where did you find the "intentional" thing???
