Nope. Different actor (can't remember his name off-hand). Different story
line, happens in L.A. rather than Detroit. Someone else is brought back
from the dead to set things right. It does have that little girl (now
older) from the first movie though.

My friends and I saw it (The Crow: City of Angles) in the theater about a
month or two ago. I'm in Phoenix, AZ, so release dates could be different
in other states or countries.

About four months ago here in the states... And it lasted about three weeks
in the theaters in my area... From what I heard, it sucked hard core... Of
course, I wasn't a fan of the first, either, although I enjoyed the original
comic stories... Just didn't translate well, although it was a very good
attempt... Much better than some comics-into-movies that I've seen...:)

Unfortunately, I havn't seen it yet. I loved The Crow too,
and am really afraid of being dissapointed by the sequal.

I believe it's called The Crow: City of Angels, but I'm not sure if it's
out already. My brother will know, though...

I thought it was pretty good, when you take into account what it is...a
sequel to the Crow. The novelty of the genre is gone, because that's what
made the Crow the hit it was in its circles. However, taking that into
account and that the star of the first movie is dead it was decent in it's
attempt.

Also this movie is a little twisted in that it really gets into the
supernatural and magic alot more than the first (if that sounds possible).

OK...OK...so I was caught in a typo Angles = Angels. <sigh> Even outside of
the game you gotta cover your ass, or someone's gonna snipe you. :o)
