Hoi,
I have a player with a cranial cyberdeck and a sat-uplink. Now,
my question is this, can he, with a multi-tasker, run around, shoot
things with his gun, and deck at the same time. Anyone?

You say a character has a sat uplink ? Is that in his head ?

The essence for that would be incredible.

But say he had a telephone, C2 deck, encephalon etc then I would say yes
he could run round but witha +2 to all target numbers. Now if he were to
sit down and try and run 2 decks things would be different..
