Well, I've read it. It's either in BBB2, or NAGEE. IIRC the rule
stated that in addition to hitting your target you had to roll more
successes then the target's impact armor (for the needle to get through
the armor). Only combat pool could be used to keep from getting hit.
If the target is hit by a Narcoject needle they then make a damage
resistance roll vs the toxin/drug in the needle.
