Looks like someone put me on US Cavalry's mailing list, so now I'm getting
their catalogs. I figured I'd post some of the neat things I found.

Night Vision Goggle: $4000
Optional Face Mask attachment: $500
[currently in use by US Military and federal law enforcement]

Night Vision Weapon Scope: $6000
[same as above, adds x1.5 magnification]

Anti-reflection shields: $100
[they go on the outter lenses of your binoculars to kill reflections that
could give away your position]

"100-mile-an-hour" Tape: $12
[2" x 180' of olive drab, high tensile strength... duct tape]

TacStar Laser Sight: $230
[paints a 1" dot at 75 feet, maximum range 500 feet]

Hand-held Tasers: $30 to $50

Sword Canes: $20 to $30

Copasaurus T-shirt: $13
[just like the other "saurus" T-shirts out there]

Ranger Crossbow: $200
[150-pound draw weight, 40 yard range, weights a bit over 4 pounds]

Ghillie II Camouflage suit: $140
[Love that tree-bark cammo! :]

Knives, swords, airguns, clothing, body armor, riot shields... it's like a
survival nut's Sharper Image catalog :). If you're looking for neat
gadgets, this is a great place.

What? No mention of the stunguns, the holsters (including a hip-pack
version!), the 'Raid Jacket' (which can read anything from SWAT to
Corrections), the swords, and so on?

Well, I get this too (it's a good source of camouflage!), and it's made a
residence in my SR & Cyberpunk books. It's a frightening catalog, really...
