The story so far: (short version)

Wiz, the decker got some help from a AI and it was payback-time.
The mission was to go to a former underground club which is accessible
via an old trainline and blow up the computersystem of the people now
living in the club.
These people are a gang of voodoo-followers consisting of a houngan
(a priest) and a matrix-houngan. Wiz did hire his friends and they
hosed up big time. The shaman of the group is dead, killed by the
hougan in astralspace while ridden by Ougun (the loa of combat).
The other ones (wiz and a physad) are unconscious, and npc street
sam has escaped.

Now, my planes go this way:
The voodoos are the (relative) good ones. They are fighting a constant
war against the lodges (I borrowed these stuff from Gurps:Voodoo),
in name the Royal Lodge and the Roman Lodge (want to bring priests,
the pope and free spirits = angels in). The AI is on the side of the
lodges.
I'll resurrect the shaman with the help of ogoun who brings her back
because the fight in which she died was not fair. (2 work-loas and
the houngang against the shaman). She has to make a astralquest to
guinee and fight the fight again.
I'll tell the players in prison the story what goes down and I'm
hoping that they will choose the right side (good chance for that).

And now the big BUT:
What's next? I can't think of a original run to keep them occupied.
All I come up with 'till now is a normal run against a lodge safehouse
to get weapons, ammo and a few missiles. Another possibility is a
kidnapping/bringing-back of a important person (like a politican/
simsense star, etc...) of either the lodge or the voodoo-clan.

Any help welcome. I have to get this straight 'till friday night.
I want to bring in Chicago/Spirits, too. (I'm halve a year before
the big bang now)

Thanx for your time
bye,
Stefan

Hmmmm.....
ressurection, sets a nasty precident does that, I hope you measure
the drain in terms of the houngans it cooks off ( ;-) ).

I find that a toxic-shaman, who runs a terrorist/policlub, by
the name of gotterdamerung, which is incidentally funded by a
Mr J within a corp - who uses them to (indirectly) attack his
competitor - makes for a good start.

Having the terrorists hire the PC's for relatively inncouous
jobs and then hve the Star ask them to redeem themsleves for all the
death's they (helped to) cause, makes for a good sideline.

Especially when the PC's find that the corp who funds the
poli don't know that they do, and that the Mr J involved is
an old enemy.

Works wonders for a series of short adventures, buit it might be
a bit distracting over the main thread.

ASk for more details, and I'll see if I can rmember them (it's been
a while now)...

Yes, but it's not a REAL ressurection (she had deadly physical damage
but only one box damage overflow, so a good heal spell should do the
job).

Oh right then, that's OK.

I thought you meant Dead-3

(there are three dead levels in my game (for fun's sake)
Dead 1 - deadly wound, possible overflow
dead 2 - deadly wound, cyber/bioware damage
dead 3 - deady wound, full overflow, call docwagon and sell him for bits ;-)
)
