Cool. Could someone E-mail me or post information about the card (any
descriptive text or descriptions of pictures), or where I could find such info?
I've been curious for some time as to what FASA thinks NERPS are (other than
Nothing Ever Really Pleases Steve/Scott).

They seemed closer to "soma" than to some of the moer powerful euphorics...
given the advertising (and the fact that a child has one in one of the modules--
the kidnap-the-kid-in-Denver one...).

Well, the card itself isn't very helpful -- a silver-purplish disk in
front of a blazing, sun-like corona; emblazoned on the disk itself is a
big green-blue "N". More like a corporate logo than anything else.

Hmm. Weren't NERPS mentioned in the London sourcebook?
