Alright, I want to hack this out for TOME but need a little help from you
magikers out there, because I'm not thoroughly familiar with Srun magic (I know
just enough to get by). So here's the skeleton plan so far; any ideas or
comments (other than "it can't/shouldn't be done")

Focus Adept/Seer/Witch/Kibbitzer

Powers
Astral Perception
No Astral Projection

Spells
May cast
Requires fetish (or some other item)

*I do not want a combat spell-chucker. I'd like to make it so the
character has to do some sort of ritual. Centering-style, but it should take
up at least one action; the character shouldn't be able to cast a spel in
one action, basically, and this should differ from centering so that the
PC can use Centering when available.

Spirits and Elementals
May summon BOTH

*The trouble is finding adequate, plausible restrictions on both. One
thing for sure-shouldn't be able to summon spirits on the fly; I see the
character huddled over the summoning materials after a long, arduous process.

Must use materials
Spirits must be summoned in a Lodge
Elementals must be summoned in a Hermetic Circle
Elementals may not be sent on Remote Service
