From the current trends in news.admin.policy, I'd think that is
/is/ an advertisement, but goes beyond that category in that it advocates
an illegal (and mathematically impossible) money-making scheme.
For the purposes of the ShadowRN FAQ, though, it's listed in a
seperate section.

True! We should invoke that clause if anybody else is ever
clueless enough to forward it to us....
