Ok, I put away AD&D, bought a used 2nd edition SR book and then
decided to go with the Blue Planet game instead.

*big sigh*

Well, today i bought SR3...Blue Planet is an awsome game, but its
new and noboby is playing yet!

So, to get my fix in, I'll be joining the ranks of you fearless
shadowrunners. So lock your doors, keep your children inside, and
whatever you do...don't run out of ammo.

<chuckle> I knew we would get you back. Welcome back! :)

Did SR3 fix the problems you had with SR2?

Well, not knowing the game that well, I probably will only notice
the most obvious differences, but I do like the changes they made with
the non-human races and their prioity level.

I just bought it on lunch, so that's about as far as I got.

I'm glad they included the intros to the those two supplements,
looking forward to reading it.

The character creation chapter was the only part I read today and
although there may not have been many changes, it read much smoother
and I didn't have to guess at what they were talking about so much.
And the way the magic system is presented makes it look much more
appealing to me.

Overall, that chapter read a lot better than it did in SR2.

ROCKY! Fire up the 100 trout salute!

Welcome to Shadowrun! Someone will direct you to the FAQ on request and
we're currently sharing stories that can make you laugh while showing you
the face of munkinhood- or stupidity.

Hey, Tinner! Turn a Stamp Collector and Appraiser into a viable contact!

You see Adam, Steve Tinner thinks he can make ANY idea into a valuble
contact. I don't doubt it, but I need to make a stamp collector/ appraiser
because... our decker collects stamps.

He's coming. Who? Uh.... GURTH! Yeah, Gurth! BE AFRAID!!!!!
