Quiktek, we brought this up several months ago. I think the concensus was that
1) it added needless complexity
2) there IS a difference (modifiers, be they from damage, called shots, etc,
WILL change the numbers. And there IS a difference between an 11 and 12 [+5
modifier, in this case])
