Sorry if any of this has been suggested before...

UV Laser Sight
Nearly identical to the traditional laser sight, this unit operates
at a wavelength above the visible spectrum. There is also a full
range of vision enhancements and lamps which operate in the UV
Spectrum.

The description of Low-light vision suggests more of an increased
sensitivity and lower drop-off with respect to visible light, rather
than vision in the UV bandwidth, IMHO. Also, laser dot projectors
should be mountable as underbarrel, since they can be used in
conjunction with other sights, and are often mounted "under" on
modern handguns.
