Poorly named newsgroup. the repitition of the last word >1 times is an
old and tired cliche. In addition, it is not borg.bork.bork. Lead to
read what you time.

In many people's opinion he's a jerk. But Tim does hold quite a bit of
power of the alt heirarchy. While he has little control over what gets
created, he has quite a bit of control over what gets rmgrouped; a
significant number of news admins (maybe even a majority) follow his lead
in dealing with bogus groups.
