Here's an idea I borrowed from Warp World...

Magic-Piercing bullets:
effects: Half the effect of any magic barriers/armor fired at/through.
price: 100x normal cost for that type round
available: 24/30days
Street Index: 5.0+

note: I know these are powerful, but first the Sams or whoever have to find some
and then pay for them (gee, can you say 500(+)x normal cost). I figure

this sort of evened things out. As to how the "enchantment" is done,
I have no clue (I'll figure that out when Grimoire II comes out).
