Wouldn't it be more cost effective to just raise your athletics skill?
I don't recall what the cost for raising Athletics is, but it would wind
up being more valuable since you can use it for more than just running.

Oh, wait. Do you mean raising the x3 to x4? Holy cow, better make that a
2 or 3/level. That's all the shadows need is the Flash running around.

Change the cost, for instance:

Level Cost
1 1
2 3
3 6
4 10
5 etc.

Otherwise you'll have a starting physad character with a running multiple
of 9 if you're not careful... And heaven forbids if the player discovers
the geasa rule from Awakenings :)
