We added this power based off the Geko Crawl spell in the Awakenings and =
one of my players created a Phys Ad based on Spidey he even goes by that =
name. He has the Geko Crawl power, sixth (spider) sense, +2d6 init, and =
killing hands M all with an item geas, he has to be wearing his spider =
suit. His explaination Spidey was his favorite superhero when he was a kid =
and the powers manifested around those spidey had.

Sorry Bull I would never think of doing such a thing when I use one =
actually I use Deadly Jester or just Jester or sometimes Rasilio. I must =

Hmmmm.....
You might want to stick with Rasilio, since we also have a Jester on the
list.

And given the snow this city has had (and Seattle, from what I hear, they
*are* only across the water) I think a new Adept power, SnowWalker, needs
to be made. The streets here have been impassible for three days now. (And
I have to go to work!!!)

I know my mailer has got to be the most screwed up thing in the universe =
after the holidays are over i'll call tech support and see what I can do =
about getting something sensable to use Btw any suggestions on a good =
mailer for the Mac I hear Eudora is pretty good but I have never used it.

I agree totally I would never dream of stealing part of the good lady's =
Id. But I wont worry about it until I get a mailer that would let me use a =
.sig. When I do though I may use some thing new based on a more =
Shadowrunish theme. Jester was the name of my main SR character, he was an =
elven decker/ samuari with a bad habbit for pulling practicle jokes on =
people hence the name.My only other character I have ever used was a =
Raccoon Shaman names Shades. But I may soon get to use a new one so I'll =
probably use that name. Rasilio was the name of an Elven Enchanter =
specialist mage I used to run in Another Damn Dungeon.

I had the same response after seeing a trailer for Starship Troopers =
although I was somewhat disappointed that they don't seem to be using the =
power armor in the movie

I used some stuff from the SSC. The Grapple Gun and the Stealth Grapple =
Line the character used his high intel and chem specialization ( 7 ) to =
create a variant stealth line that is sticky enough to not need a =
grappling hook and strong enough to support his weight while swinging. He =
also custom designed the launchers which used light pistol ranges. The =
drawback, ammo storage for the launchers they only carry 10 shots of up to =
30M in length each.

This is the way the Spidey Character in my group works. All his powers =
have an Item Geas attached he has to be wearing his spider suit. Although =
this did get him in trouble the first night he was used because it wasn't =
armored.

I used to work for 800-SOS-APPL doing tech support (though I have a Pentium
myself). I haven't heard too many good things about the Claris Emailer that
comes in the Apple Internet Connection Kit so I'd stay away from that. My
sister-in-law uses Eudore and seems to get along pretty good with it. I
find it curious that Mac versions of Netscap don't seem to have email
cpapabilities in them.

I've only heard good things about Claris Emailer, in fact it won Best
Email Package at the MacWorld World Class Awards on Monday night. I
know, because I was picking up the award for FileMaker.

Sorry for being so crass, but I don't like seeing my company's products
disparaged. I have been using Emailer for the last six months and it's a
great improvement over QuickMail, which is what we used to use. I don't
know how it compares against Eudora or other products because I haven't
used them. (I could tell you all about database products however...)

In any case, it's free, and available for download on our web site
(www.claris.com).
