Yep that's right.
New power's.
And turok has them.
Lets see number one is what he laughingly calls disco mode.
Disco mood(cost:1):
When turned on, disco mood causes all beings within a radious equal to
the adepts magic rating X10 ft. to start dancing disco and see strobe
lights(like at a disco). To resist, targets roll their willpower in dice.
To Powerful? all you gms gota do is increase will on npcs. Also other
players can get caught inside the radius
Power number two,
infinite ammo(cost:2) :
This power refills the ammo of a gun of adepts choice, so long as the
adept has bonded( made the weapon his sole gun and spent major karma
using some house rules of mine to turn it into a weapon focus, except
for the fact that it loses it's abilities towards damaging magical
creatures, and cant be taken into astral space) and specialized in that
particular gun. Then after using the power, the adept mus resist 5L
drain. The gun is then refilled with ,magicaly created, regular ammo.the
power may be re-bought for each different type of ammo that the adept
wishes to load his gun with.
To powerful? have his gun jam with the new bullets (They could be
generated backwards),or have them go off as soon as they are generated.

Comments? flames? awards of large sums of money?they arew all welcome!

I thought this just didn't appeal to me. But then the theme song to
Grease kicked in (I think that's what music I heard... has that long long
sustaining note at the beginning... like off a synthesizer?) I think the
physad has to be dancing to use this power.

I'm not digging this one.... I don't think it really fits into the feel of
the game. Well, neither did the disco one, but I thought that one had
entertainment potential at the very least.

I liked the disco one. he could dance over to the enemies and shoot them
and keep dancing(I can just imagine the quote,"You try to dance better
than Turok? I kill you now!"and so on ;).

Man, that sounds like a line from a bad kung fu film... =)

Metric, Wyrmy (and other Americans who persist in doing this)... I'd give
this a radius equal to the Magic attribute in meters myself, or if you
want the radius you put on it, MA x 3 m.

It's much like the Poltergeist spell except if moves people instead of
objects... It's a good laugh, but not something I'd want when creating a
physad PC :)

Munchkinous, IMHO. It doesn't fit in with SR's magic rationale, if you ask
me, and at 2 points it's definitely much too cheap if you seriously think
about using this power. I wouldn't allow it, at any rate.

Ya know, I can of players I've known who might actually give that one
some thought... 'Course, I always thought the guy was a loony (as opposed
to a Real Man or Real Roleplayer:)

<description snipped again>
You don't think this one is a bit much, Wyrmy? Infinite ammuntion for
whatever weapon you happen to enjoy using for two magic points? ...
Ignoring the fact that I don't think a physads magic would really be
capable of pulling that one off, it is *asking* for abuse (think:
Vigilant cannons with infinite ammo <shudder> or rocket launchers
<twitch> )
