Just a little something that came to me.

Light Therapy

Manipulation (or illusion)
type Physical (Manip._ ) or Mana (illu.)
Duration: sustained
Drain:(F/2 +1) M (guess)

Effect: Spell is useful for counteracting the effects of Seasonal
Affective Disorder (seasonal depression due to lower levels of light)

Use may be addictive, and spell should not be sustained for more than 15
minutes. Spell is mostly used by magicians who have SAD personally, for
convenience. Some rich clients prefer to have this spell cast on them
rather than spend the time for an office visit, or on the equipment that
was used in the past for treatment.

Severe cases may require use of a high force.

Manipulation spell could have Elemental effect of light, as could
a Physical Illusion.

NOT TOO USEFUL????? Heck, being a guy who recently moved from North
Carolina, USA (central North American coast) to Albert Canada (almost
frozen wasteland, but not quite) I would love to have this spell. This mere
7 hours of daylight is really getting me down.
