Leave out the elemental effect is my opinion. The way I see it, he's
trying to -sort of- levitate the rocks and sling them into somebody's
skull. I don't think Levitate Object uses any elemental effects, so why
should a spell that uses a very similar effect?

I like the spell, though. If you don't mind giving me a little better
description, I'd like to include it in the spell list that everyone seems
to want to have.
