The dr. Chaltron Blue Pills (tm)!
These little blue, translucent, pills are made by the famous dr. Thaddeus
Chaltron, the owner of the omonymous Shadow Clinic.
The pills can be found in 20 pcs. bags and, usually, dr. Chaltron don't
charge for them.
They can be your last resource, way best then your Karma Pool :)
Game mechanics:
On an assumption of a blue pill, the PC should throw a D6 for every
attribute (Body, Strength,...). If there is an even result, roll again
a D6, and add half of it to the attribute. On an odd result, subtract
half of the second roll from the attribute. The effect lasts for 20 mins.
They are also known as the Earthquake pills.
Example:
Original attribute: 5
First roll: 2
Second roll: 6
New attribute: 8
