The first one I ran was Dragon Hunt, and IMHO it's a good one to start
with. You'll want one that doesn't go too deep or requires you to own
many sourcebooks, so stay away from things like Harlequin's Back, Imago,
or Celtic Double Cross.
My advice would be to go for Dark Angel (dealings with the music biz and
the Yakuza) or A Killing Glare (urban brawl, with a heavy combat
sequence as the players get invovled in the game). Super Tuesday can also
be a good start as it gives five medium-length adventures in one book, and
they're all fairly straightforward, for the players anyway.

Here I go advertising the stuff I wrote myself... download The Shadowrun
Supplemental from Fro's site (I forgot the URL, but I'm sure somebody
will be able to tell you) and you'll find reviews for most SR sourcebooks
in it. Adventures aren't covered, though.
