For those of you who don't frequent the DSF's, Crazy - the German Shadowrun
Line Developer at FanPro - has said on a German mailing list that YotC will
be finished in another two to three weeks and will therefore be released
*before* GenCon. :)

As it was written by US-authors, and therefore in english - I guess he
meant the english version. German books are mostly translations, after all.
And IMO this release-style will continue.
As to where it will be available - I don't know.
