thread on shadowtk, I had Tommy Harada's origins in mind months ago, before the
replicant thread started on this list.
Nexus6: It seems far fetched but does anyone have thoughts on the
feasability (or infeasability) of imprinting someone elses mind (or at least
personality) onto a "blank" clone (reminiscent of the way the Vision's
personality was imprinted from Simon Williams aka WonderMan for those of you
that follow the comics)
The requisite technology should be available in the 2050's. You would
need to use some kind of induction to read data from the host brain. Writing
this data is the real trick. Memory is not just formed by electrochemical
signals, it is formed by nerve paths also. You would probably have to have
the programming system induce formation of new nerve pathways or something simi
lar (forgive me if my clinical psychology/brain biology is poor, I'm a decker
not a bricklayer, uh, doctor!)
