Actually, it does. Think of it: Renraku is building an Arco in Seattle. I
bet they've three in japan. The whole country will be a giant sprawl,
controled by the corps and the yaks (well, the yaks are corps). We once
did a run in Japan (and thus had to design some background) and the only
thing logical that came to our minds is that it's some mixture of
Bladerunner und the Jetsons. Take the look of Bladrunner and the life-
style of the Jetsons. It's just like a really big version of the 'raku
Arco....
