As much as everybody hates these, this one's short: I'm leaving Friday
morning for 9 days in Los Angeles (partying on the beach!) and I'm curious
about cool places that I should see while I'm out there, and cool stuff to
do (beyond partying, partying, Disneyland, partying, and drinking).
Is anybody from LA or been there recently? I'd love to hear from ya.

PS: To keep with the SR theme, I will be investigating continuing reports of
sand elementals appearing on California beaches. (normally seen whilst
quite intoxicated).

Hmmmm.....Last time I was in LA was in August....Universal Studios wasn't too
bad, you might want to check that out if its up yer alley. Have you ever been
to a Medieval (sp?) Times place? They have one in Chicago, but I went to the
one out there (go figure) and it was a little childish, but pretty neat overall.
I would check out some of the earthquake hit places, if I went out there now.
