when and where those bullets lose power and at what rate.
2: Useless Riggers: I agree with Huth that a Rigger who is useless unless
he can do EVERYTHING is either played poorly or the GM is not offering
missions that are suited to the PC skills. Johnsons are not going to
approach groups know not to have skills essential to the mission, unless
the group is very good or there is a way around it. Another option is
skillwires; every Rigger I've seen played has them.
