Actualy, this wasn't the real Genghis Khan but the perception the corp (I
don't remember the name...) had of him. And, if they had a copy, they
wouldn't have made such problems to track the chips.
However, there's a possibility that one of the personnalities copied itself
to survive. Because none of the personnalities was suicidal, it's likely it
did hide in some place to prevent someone to use it because otherwise it
would have had a direct competitor as good as itself.
But in SR, nothing keeps hidden for long... Some running team could have
found it and use it or sell it to a big corp.
Another interesting possibility is if the personnality did hide in the
matrix. It could have affected some decker or IC (if you allow this... I
wouldn't myself because it would make some low grade AI). Then, with such a
vector, it would use the matrix to create copies of itself almost anywhere
it could. The activation of each program could be some news for exemple.
Your opinion ?
Cobra.
