No, there is not, at least not necessarilly. If you know what to look for
and are paying attention, the T# for noticing a spell being cast is twice
the difference bewteen the caster's Magic Rating and the Force of the spell
2*(MR-F). Otherwise you will miss it.
It can be taken for granted that shadowrunners know what to look for.
