Take a closer look at p. 148-166 of R2.

In fact, the only vehicle from RBB that didn't end up in R2 is the
Blitzen 2025. This is understandable, since the 2025 was only
available in used condition. In RBB, this was reflected by giving the
vehicle similar but poorer stats than the Blitzen 2050. R2 has actual
rules set up for used versions of any vehicle, so I can see why they
didn't include the 2025 in R2.
